We can send you a purchase confirmation after each buy, so you know the bought items were charged to your FELFEL account.

I would like to receive an email of my weekly billing charge

We can email you a weekly billing notification, so you have a summary of your weekly purchases. In order to make the adjustment, please follow the steps shown in this video. 

I no longer what to receive your various newsletters. How can I unsubscribe?

Should you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe via the latest newsletter. You have to scroll down until the very bottom of the email and click on "Manage preferences". 

This will open a new window where you can select what kind of communication you would like to receive. By ticking the box next to the communication type, you're adding the certain type to your preferences.

If you want to unsubscribe to all email, tick the very last box and update your email preferences.
