In this article, we will introduce you to our exciting feature "gift" and tell you how it works.
Is it your colleague’s birthday, or do you want to say thank you for a job well done? On your my.felfel website, you can use a cool feature to gift a chosen amount to a colleague. They’ll receive it as a credit on their FELFEL account, which they can spend on anything in the FELFEL fridge!
To keep in mind:
- It only works if you have the correct email address of the recipient. If the address is wrong, you won't be able to finalize the transaction.
- It only works if the recipient works at the same company you do.
- We will only charge your account, if the gift was successfully credited to the recipient's account.
Let us guide you through the different steps:
On the computer via my.felfel.ch
- Click on
on the top menu bar. - Choose a recipient by typing in the email address that is linked to their FELFEL account. Most of the time they used their company address, but there are also some cases where your colleague used their private email address.
- Type in the specific amount you would like to gift.
- Optional: Write a short note to accompany your gift.
- Click on
