How can I change my password?

Here you will find all the information on how to change your password.

Change current password

If you wish to change your current password, you can do so in your my.felfel.ch account. The guide below will show you the steps to follow.

On the computer via my.felfel.ch

1. Click on on the top left.
2. On the left-hand side you will find all your account information, there you will have to click on .
3. Click on  on the right-hand side.
4. Type in your current password, your new password twice and confirm. Voilà, you are all set! 

In the FELFEL app

1. Open the FELFEL app.
2. Click on in the bottom menu. 
3. Click on the symbol next to your account information.
4. Scroll down until you see and click on it.
5. You are being redirected to the website, where you will have to type in your login again and follow the steps from above.
