How can I purchase something from the FELFEL fridge?

Whether you're new to FELFEL or just want to make sure you're still using the fridge correctly, this guide will help you navigate the process. It’ll walk you through everything you need to know to enjoy the FELFEL fridge without any hassle.

How to purchase something from the FELFEL fridge

  1. Go to the FELFEL fridge at your office.
  2. Badge in using one of the following methods:
    • Hold your physical badge to the badge symbol below the screen.
    • Scan your personal QR code from the FELFEL app using the scanner.
    • If you have Bluetooth enabled in your FELFEL app, simply hold your phone near the badge symbol below the screen.
  3. Open the fridge and choose the product(s) you'd like.
  4. Scan each product one at a time by placing the barcode under the scanner.
  5. Check the screen to ensure all items have been scanned correctly.
  6. Complete your purchase by clicking "Pay" at the bottom of the screen.

Changed your mind about a product? Here’s what to do:

  • If you’ve already scanned the product, but haven't finalized your purchase:
    On the screen next to the FELFEL fridge, tap the “X” next to the item to remove it from your shopping list. Once it’s removed, place the product back in the fridge and proceed with your purchase.

  • If you have already scanned the product and completed your purchase:
    Badge in again at the FELFEL fridge and return the product. Afterwards, contact our support team so they can refund the product for you.

  • If you haven’t scanned the product yet:
    Simply return it to the fridge and complete your purchase as usual.

This ensures a smooth shopping experience while keeping everything in order.


Accidentally scanned a product twice? Here’s what to do:

  • If you haven’t finalized your purchase yet:
    Simply remove the duplicate item from your shopping list by tapping the “X” next to it on the screen.

  • If you’ve already completed your purchase:
    Contact our support team for a refund. To speed up the process, be sure to mention the exact product name in your email or on the phone.
