In here you will find all the information on how it works with a second payment method.
Yes, it is possible to add a second payment method! For details on how to set up a payment method, check out (link to other article).
We don’t recommend adding a second payment method if your current TWINT or credit card isn’t working due to issues with your card provider. Instead, delete the existing payment method and add a new one. You can follow the steps outlined in this article (link to other article).
Adding a second payment method is especially useful for customers with prepaid TWINT or credit cards who might run out of funds during the month, as well as for those using a LunchCheck or Reka card provided by their employer. While this article focuses primarily on the second scenario, the steps outlined also apply to the first.
Some of you have a special setup where your employer provides you with a LunchCheck or Reka card that includes a daily or monthly credit. Once this credit is used up, our system cannot process additional charges to the card. This will trigger payment reminders, and as long as the open balance remains unpaid, these reminders will continue. Additionally, you won’t be able to access your LunchCheck credit again until the outstanding balance is settled. But don't worry, there is a solution for everything!
The following guide is split into two parts: LunchCheck/Reka user with a monthly credit and LunchCheck/Reka users with a daily credit.
LunchCheck/Reka users with a monthly credit
Let's say your employer loads 70 CHF per month onto your LunchCheck card, but you couldn't resist the temptation, and you exceeded your limit, because our products are just so tasty. Don't you worry! By adding a second payment method to your FELFEL account, you'll have a card that will cover anything beyond your monthly limit. Please let us show you how, so everything works smoothly, and you will never have to miss out on any of our hearty products.
