Why isn’t the Bluetooth badge-in option working for me?

Step 1: Check your Bluetooth settings

  1. Open your phone’s Settings.
  2. Search for the FELFEL app.
  3. Make sure Bluetooth access is switched on for the app.
  4. Now, close the FELFEL app completely and reopen it.
→ Did it work? Fantastic, you're all set!
→ Still not working? No stress, let’s try the next step.

Step 2: Reinstall the FELFEL app

  1. Delete the FELFEL app from your phone.
  2. Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  3. Open the app and test if the Bluetooth badge-in works.
→ Success? Amazing, you're good to go!
→ Still no luck? No problem, we’ve got one more trick up our sleeve.

 

Step 3: Contact the FELFEL support team

If it’s still not working, our support team is happy to help! Just email support@felfel.ch, and they’ll look into it for you.

To speed things up, include these details in your email:

  • What phone are you using? (e.g., iPhone 12, Samsung Galaxy S21)
  • What software version is running on it? (e.g., iOS 17.1, Android 13)
