This article will show you how to connect a physical badge to your FELFEL account
If you don't wish to use our FELFEL app, you can still enjoy our service by connecting a physical badge to your FELFEL account—whether it’s a FELFEL badge or your own company badge.
Please note, that we cannot guarantee the successful connection of your company badge to your FELFEL account.
Steps to connect your badge to your FELFEL account:
- Go to the FELFEL fridge with your badge.
- On the screen next to the fridge, click on "CLICK HERE" next to the QR code.
- Select the option "I HAVE A PHYSICAL BADGE."
- Hold your badge near the badge symbol just below the screen.
- Choose "CONNECT TO EXISTING ACCOUNT."
- Enter your email address and password.
- Finalize the action by clicking "CONNECT BADGE TO YOUR ACCOUNT."
Sadly, you can’t link your badge to your FELFEL account at the Gavetti coffee machine just yet. If your workplace doesn’t have a FELFEL, just contact our support team, and they’ll be happy to help with any badge requests!
Where can I get a FELFEL badge?
You’ve got two options! Check with your HR team—they might have some badges ready to go. If not, just reach out to our support team, and we’ll send you a FELFEL badge straight to your workplace, already linked to your account.
