Step 1: Check your setup
- Make sure you’ve got the latest version of the FELFEL app installed.
- You can check this in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
→ Already up to date? No worries—go straight to Step 3.
Step 2: Update your FELFEL app
- Update the app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Reopen it and check if you now have full access again.
→ All good now? Fantastic, happy snacking!
→ Still not working? No problem, let’s check the next step.
Step 3: Delete and reinstall your FELFEL app
- Delete the FELFEL app completely from your phone.
- Go back to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Reinstall the FELFEL app.
→ Did that solve the issue? Amazing, go have fun!
→ Did that not do the trick? Go to step 4 - your support team has your back.
Step 4: Contact the FELFEL support team
Still no luck? We’ve got your back! Just send a message to support@felfel.ch, and they’ll figure it out for you.
To help them find a fix faster, include the following details in your email:
- What phone are you using? (e.g., iPhone 12, Samsung Galaxy S21)
- What software version is running on it? (e.g., iOS 17.1, Android 13)
- Please send a screenshot of how it looks like.
The support team will dive into the issue and get back to you as soon as possible. It might take a few days, but don’t worry—we’ll make sure you’re back in action soon!
