Why can't I open the FELFEL app?

Do you receive an error message when opening the FELFEL app, or does your screen stay white? Check out this article for guidance.

Step 1: Check your setup

  1. Make sure you’ve got the latest version of the FELFEL app installed.
    • You can check this in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
→ Is your app out of date? Jump to Step 2.
→ Already up to date? No worries—go straight to Step 3.

Step 2: Update your FELFEL app

  1. Update the app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Reopen it and check if you now have full access again.

→ All good now? Fantastic, happy snacking!
→ Still not working? No problem, let’s check the next step.

Step 3: Delete and reinstall your FELFEL app

  1. Delete the FELFEL app completely from your phone.
  2. Go back to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
  3. Reinstall the FELFEL app.

→ Did that solve the issue? Amazing, go have fun!

→ Did that not do the trick? Go to step 4 - your support team has your back.

Step 4: Contact the FELFEL support team

To help them find a fix faster, include the following details in your email:

  • What phone are you using? (e.g., iPhone 12, Samsung Galaxy S21)
  • What software version is running on it? (e.g., iOS 17.1, Android 13)
  • Please send a screenshot of how it looks like.

The support team will dive into the issue and get back to you as soon as possible. It might take a few days, but don’t worry—we’ll make sure you’re back in action soon!
