I forgot to scan my product. What should I do?
This article explains what to do if you forgot to scan a product or couldn’t scan it.
It can happen to anyone – maybe you were distracted, in a hurry, or only noticed later that the product didn’t show up correctly in your FELFEL account. No worries, there’s an easy fix. Just follow these steps:

Open the Live Chat feature on our website.

Select "Yes" to the question "Do you already have one of our services at your company?"

Enter your email address so our support team can find your account.

Choose the request type “I couldn’t or forgot to scan my product.”

Follow the guided questions. You’ll be asked for a few details (for example, which product it was and when you took it) so our support team can manually add the product to your account.
