I can’t badge in with the QR code in the FELFEL app. What can I do?

Step 1: Close and reopen your FELFEL app
The QR code in the FELFEL app is automatically refreshed every 15 minutes. If you’ve had the app open since your last use, your QR code may not have updated yet. Simply close the app completely and reopen it.

Step 2: Check your setup
- Make sure you’ve got the latest version of the FELFEL app installed.
- You can check this in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

→ Already up to date? No worries—go straight to Step 4.
Step 3: Update your FELFEL app
- Update the app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Reopen it and check if the QR code is now showing properly.

Step 4: Delete and reinstall your FELFEL app
- Delete the FELFEL app completely from your phone.
- Go back to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Reinstall the FELFEL app.
