What changes can I make to my settings?

Here you’ll find all the information you need to update your language, email address, or workplace.

Language settings

You can choose between English, German, and French. Wondering how to change it? Simply follow the guide after completing step 1 above.

On the computer via my.felfel.ch

Click on on the top right-hand side.
Click on next to .
Scroll down until you see .
Choose your preferred language from the drop-down.

In the FELFEL app

If you want to change the language of your FELFEL app, you'll have to do it via your phone settings.

iPhone:

Open Settings on your Apple device.
Type in FELFEL in the search field.
Click on Language.
Select your preferred language. Options: English, French, German.

Android:

Open Settings on your Android device.
Scroll down and tag System.
Select Language & input > App Languages.
Choose the app you want to change the language for.
Select your preferred language. Options: English, French, German.

Should it not have worked, please contact the support team so they can do it via their system.

Change email address

If you’d like to update your email address—from professional to private or from one professional address to another—our support team will gladly assist you. Simply provide your current email address and the new one.

Change of work place

If you change your workplace and your new employer also has a FELFEL fridge, simply contact our support team. We’ll update your account in the system, allowing you to view the menu for your new FELFEL fridge.
