Where can I find my purchases and track my payments?
You can always stay informed about your purchases, outstanding balance, and payments. By logging into my.felfel.ch, you can find your in the top menu bar.
First, you can see if you have an open balance or not:
You can also track them in your FELFEL app. Simply open the app, tap in the bottom menu bar, and your open balance will be displayed at the top:
Don't worry, having a negative balance is completely normal, as charges are applied on a weekly basis.
By scrolling down, you can view all the purchases and payments you've made since you started using FELFEL.
What does my transaction history tell me?
About my purchases:
- All purchases are time-stamped, which you can find under the
column.
- The price of each item is listed in the
column.
- By clicking the drop-down next to the amount, you can view a list of purchased items, their original price, the location of purchase, and any applied discounts.

About my payments:
- Similar to your purchases, each payment is time-stamped and displayed in the
