Before deleting your FELFEL account, please make sure you don’t have any outstanding balance, whether positive nor negative.
- If you have a positive balance, please contact our support team via our Live Chat feature. Select the category "Account/App settings" and choose "YES" when asked, "Do you need further assistance?" This will prompt you to provide additional details. Please, include the following information, and we will handle the deactivation or deletion for you:

If you experience any difficulties in settling your outstanding balance, please go to this page. Once your balance is cleared, you can delete your FELFEL account by following these steps:

- Open the FELFEL app.
