How does the FELFEL Loyalty Program work?

This article explains how the FELFEL loyalty program works and highlights the key things you need to know.

You can start enjoying our loyalty program as soon as you’ve created your FELFEL user account (see article "how to join FELFEL"). We're happy to offer different levels of loyalty. 

Caution: The current loyalty program doesn’t yet include the Gavetti coffee machine. This means vouchers can’t be used at the Gavetti, and purchases made at the coffee machine don’t count toward the challenges.

Welcome voucher

Once received

Once activated

This voucher is automatically added to your user account once it’s created and your email address is verified. After it appears in your account, you can activate it in the Loyalty tab. The voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of issue; after that, it will expire. It will always be redeemed in full, even if your purchase amount is lower.

Tip: sometimes the verification email can land in your spam folder—if you don’t see it in your inbox, have a quick look there too. If you still haven’t received the verification email, please contact our support team and they’ll be happy to send you a new one.


Birthday voucher

Once activated

Your birthday voucher is sent on your actual birthday. Please make sure your date of birth is correctly added to your profile at least one day in advance. The voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of issue—that is, from your birthday; after that, it will expire.  Just make sure to activate it before you use it.


Double Deal Challenge

 

Condition for this reward: You have spent > CHF 120 in previous calendar month at the FELFEL fridge. 

To thank you for your loyalty, you’ll receive two vouchers of CHF 5. You can track your progress for this challenge in the Loyalty tab of your FELFEL App or in your account on my.felfel.ch. If you complete the challenge before the end of the month, we’ll let you know—but don’t worry if the vouchers don’t show up right away. They’re issued on the 1st day of next month for the previous month.

For example, if you spend more than CHF 120 in January, you’ll receive two CHF 5 vouchers on February 1st. If you qualify and still don’t see your vouchers by the 2nd day, just reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

Double-Deal Challenge vouchers are valid for 1 month from the date of issue. Just make sure to activate them before you use them.


VIP Happy Hour Pass

Condition for this reward: You have made ≥ 8 purchases within one calendar month at the FELFEL fridge.

By completing this challenge, you unlock early access to our Happy Hour. Instead of starting at 3:00 PM, you’ll enjoy 50% off all fresh products from 2:00 PM on Friday or Sunday, depending on your company’s Happy Hour schedule. Right now, this reward doesn’t expire, so you won’t need to reach 8 purchases again next month to keep enjoying your VIP Happy Hour Pass. All the more reason to go for this challenge!


Tier Upgrade

Your tier will automatically upgrade from “Taster” to “Gourmand” as soon as you complete your 8th purchase—just like with the VIP Happy Hour Pass. For now, this reward doesn’t expire, so you won’t need to reach 8 purchases again to keep your Gourmand status.

Common Questions

Why did my voucher not apply at checkout? First, please check that your voucher is activated and still valid. If you made a purchase while the fridge was offline, no worries, the discount will be applied afterwards and will show up in your transaction history.

Why did my voucher expire before I could use it? All vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated unless a technical issue prevented usage.

What happens if I change my birthday in the app? Changing your birthday does not grant an additional voucher in the same year. You will receive your next Birthday Voucher on the new date in the following calendar year.

What happens if I change company/location and get a new FELFEL account? Loyalty data is tied to your original account. Rewards cannot be migrated between accounts, but our support team can check for any active vouchers.

Please note that: 

  1. Vouchers are always used in full. If your purchase is under CHF 5, any remaining amount on the voucher won’t carry over to your next purchase.

  2. Vouchers can’t be deactivated or cancelled. Once yours is activated, it will automatically be applied to your next purchase.
  3. Vouchers are personal to your FELFEL user account and can’t be transferred or shared with other accounts.
