My physical voucher or prepaid card isn't working. How can I redeem it?

Learn how to redeem your physical voucher or prepaid card and understand the difference between them.

Physical Vouchers

How to use
  1. Badge in at the FELFEL fridge using either your physical badge or your personal QR code in the FELFEL app.
  2. Scan the barcode on your voucher.
  3. Scan the barcodes of the products you want to purchase.
  4. Complete your purchase by tapping "PAY" in the bottom right corner of the screen next to the FELFEL fridge.
Pay attention to
  • Expiry date: Make sure to use the voucher before it expires.
  • Value (CHF 5 or CHF 13.90): The full amount must be used in a single purchase. Any remaining balance will not be credited to your account.
  • Single-use rule: Each voucher can only be used once. Once validated, it cannot be reused.

Prepaid card

How to use
  1. Scan the barcode or QR code on your prepaid card at the FELFEL fridge.
  2. Badge in using either your physical badge or your personal QR code in the FELFEL app.
  3. Your FELFEL account will be topped up automatically.
  4. Check your transaction history to confirm that the credit has been added successfully.
Pay attention to
  • Single-use rule: Each prepaid card can only be used once. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused.
