Why did I receive a payment reminder?
You received a payment reminder because your FELFEL account has a negative balance, and our payment system was unable to charge your registered payment method.
- For customers with the weekly billing setting, reminders will be sent if your balance exceeds CHF 100.
- For customers with transactional billing, reminders are triggered when the balance exceeds CHF 20.
- For those who top up manually, reminders are sent when the balance goes below CHF 5.
What happens if my balance isn’t settled?
If your balance remains unpaid, your account will be blocked once it exceeds the limit for your billing method. You won’t be able to make purchases or badge in at the FELFEL fridge until the outstanding balance is cleared.
